When creating a schedule description, it is possible to define only part of a schedule that covers specific days and periods of time. The day pattern is used to describe this using Monday as the arbitrary first day of the week and having seven elements where each one represents one day of the week. For example, the number string 1111100 would represent M-F, 0000010 represents Sat, and 0000001 is Sun.
