Review of RFT baseline 2 - review of drafting status
Several contributions have been received or announced from several FIMS members. They will be incorporated in the RFT, which will now be organised in 2 documents:
- Part 1: Scope, executive summary, submission guidelines, IPR framework
- Part 2: User cases and requirements, background and state of the art, technical requirements, etc. (based on the structure of the document submitted by IBM for the previous webex.
Future editing work
The RFT section of the wiki will be shaped according to Part 1 and Part 2.
ACTION: Jean-Pierre to edit the wiki and announce when the framework is ready on the reflector with a reminder on best practices (what to do get an editor account what to do and not to do to join a webex to review contributions, etc.)
ACTION: all contributors to obtain an account to access the wiki and edit the pages of Part 1 and 2 with their contributions

Only 3 weeks to the F2F meeting in Geneva
