Notes from Paul Gardiner
Paul and Jean-Pierre reported on the current status, see above PowerPoint.
Richard will aim to work on an update to the Part 1 document on Monday. This needs to include a new section describing the updated data model.
Meanwhile, the Sony team will continue to work on Part 2, aligning annotations in the xsd files so that auto-generation can be used for future updates. The aim is to have a manually-generated final draft for checking at next week's technical Board meeting in Geneva.
Feedback on v1.0.6 is awaited from IBM, along with reference software. Richard can create stubs if needed, but Paul suggested that Richard's priority should be given to updating Part 1.
Paul said we should aim to deliver materials needed to start the formal AMWA/EBU reviews at the conclusion of next week's meeting. Richard suggested giving advance warning to the new AMWA Technical Steering Committee chair - Paul will do this.
Note: just after the Webex it was realised that new Class Diagrams are needed for the documentation, in view of the many changes during re-factoring. Paul requested these from Praveen who said the IBM team will do their best to supply them as quickly as possible.
