NAB Trailer: can Avid help? It is actually outsourced and expensive (around USD.25,000)!!
Professional presenter? Maybe not required after all. We'll have to be there anyway to answer questions. More beneficial to be in direct contact with the audience too. Would save money too.

Agenda defined by FIMS HP visibility on the booth would of course be granted through logo display with other companies participating in the demo. Note: consider differentiating providers from supporters.
