The RFT has been reviewed. All the sections are complete, only some editorial changes are required before the freezing. As the wiki version and the printable one need to be fully aligned at publication time, it has been agreed to allow for another week to proof read the text on the wiki and edit what needed before producing the doc version, to avoid the need to propagate changes done on doc back to the wiki (as far as possible). So the FINAL deadline for any change to the RFT on the wiki is now April 1. Then EBU will produce the the doc version in time for publication on April 19 as agreed.

The following editors agreed to work on the remaining issues:

Brad: Executive Summary John: Review the Requirements section to verify that all of his comments have been addressed; proof reading of the RFT Giorgio: Formatting of indexes for Part 1 and Part 2, divide Use Cases in basic and informative and review Reference Model Architecture Peter: Review Use Case on AV Content Capture (some sections are not complete)

Brad and JP with the help of some people will meanwile prepare the Press Release to announce the publication of the RfT, due by April 9.

Next webex will be Thursday 22 April 17:00 CEST to organize the meeting with respondents.
