The FIMS project is being conducted in accordance with the File:FIMS Participation Agreement.pdf. To protect FIMS participants and others from unintended IPR polution, and to also ensure that IPR contributions are made as intended, it is of paramount importance that everyone participating in the FIMS project execute the Participation Agreement.

Please note that participation on the FIMS Task Force is open to all, and that you do not have to be a member of the AMWA or the EBU in order to participate. But please also note that ALL participants must sign a participation agreement, even if they are already AMWA or EBU members.

You will not be allowed to participate in any FIMS in-person or telephone meetings if you have not signed the FIMS Participation Agreement.

Please email signed agreements to ebu_amwa_adm@list.ebu.ch. Pdf documents which have been electronically signed are accepted and receipt will be acknowledged.
